Warranty Coverage

Carsan Engineering provides a minimum one year parts and labor warranty on all products manufactured or private labeled by the company (See “Standard Limited Warranty” Form, 93000-19007 for the company's complete warranty).

If a product malfunctions during the warranty period the company will be responsible only for repair or replacement of the malfunctioning unit. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred to return the product to Carsan Engineering, Inc. After the warranty period a reasonable charge will be made for parts and labor.

Items not covered: Carsan Engineering, Inc. will not be responsible for equipment malfunctions that are the result of damage from accidents or misuse by the customer or others. Carsan Engineering, Inc. will also not cover "supply" type items sold with the equipment (e.g., lamps, filters, etc.).
