Service Programs

Carsan Engineering, Inc. will provide two programs for servicing and supporting the use of our products: Telephone Support and Factory Service. These programs apply to both warranty and non-warranty products. The Service Department is responsible for determining the most appropriate and efficient method for servicing Carsan Engineering, Inc. products.

Telephone Support: Carsan Engineering, Inc. will provide telephone support service to customers for as long as they use the Carsan Engineering, Inc. equipment. This coverage, within reason, will include answering any question regarding the use, maintenance, service and troubleshooting of the equipment.

Factory Service: Carsan Engineering will repair any Carsan Engineering, Inc. equipment at its facility. Warranty coverage will be provided according to the terms of the applicable warranty. Non-warranty repairs will be provided at reasonable costs for parts, labor and actual shipping costs. A purchase order is needed to cover the cost. This is reflected on 94300-19009, Returned Materials Request Form.
