Customer pays all freight charges for items shipped to
Carsan Engineering, Inc. All orders are shipped out by Ground service
unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Once an order is placed with Carsan Engineering, Inc.
the customer cannot make any changes to the order or cancel the order
without first notifying and receiving written authorization from Carsan
Engineering, Inc. Sales Department to make the changes or cancellation
to the order.
If the customer decides to cancel an open order for custom-built
parts per the customers specifications, the customer is responsible
to purchase all raw material and products that have been built or purchased
up to the day the order was canceled.
Prices for products are based upon the volume purchased.
If a customer does not consume their full order, Carsan Engineering, Inc.
will charge back the customer at the higher price per part, based upon
the volume consumed. The customer is responsible to consume all products
built up to the day of cancellation of the open order.
Returns
Custom built products can only be returned if it is determined
by Carsan Engineering, Inc. that there is a quality problem with the Carsan
product. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns of standard
Carsan products.
Carsan Engineering, Inc. Sales Department must issue written
authorization for all order changes and product returns. For all product
returns, the Carsan issued RMA number must be included with the returned
parts and a copy of the original invoice.
